Production situation：According to the actual situation of the customer, we configured the primary crushing equipment MK-J106 frame jaw crushing station and the modular secondary frame crushing station for it.The project adopts a two-stage crushing and closed-loop return material screening process. The processed material is quartz, with an output of 150 tons per hour. The finished product size after crushing is below 100mm. The production line was planned and designed by ZGM as a whole. It fully consider the customer's on-site conditions and selected the modular jaw crushing station produced by us. The installation of the main equipment was completed in just three days. The process design of the entire production line is reasonable, the layout is compact, and it is energy-efficient, intelligent and environmentally friendly!
